I haven’t created a makeup pictorial in a couple of months and I’ve missed it so much! I’ve been focusing on making videos for my YouTube and I’m happy to say that I will now be uploading a new video on my channel every Tuesday! Yay!
For today’s pictorial, I thought it would be fun to create an artsy, neon makeup look. My skin has been breaking out like crazy and I haven’t been wearing makeup much, so the moment, things were clearing up, I just wanted to drench my eyeballs in vibrant colors! This colorful look was achieved using my gorgeous new eyeshadow pigments from Furless Cosmetics, which I absolutely adore! These pigments are beyond breathtaking (read my review here)!
1: Furless Cosmetics Violate Eyeshadow Pigment | 2: Furless Cosmetics Obnoxious Eyeshadow Pigment | 3: Furless Cosmetics Debauched Eyeshadow Pigment | 4: Furless Cosmetics Wicked Eyeshadow Pigment | 5: Itay Mineral Cosmetics #G16 Shine Glitter | 6: Wet N Wild Baby’s Got Black Color Icon Kohl Liner Pencil | 7: New York Color Extreme Black Liquid Eyeliner | 8: Lash Brigade Stella Mink Eyelashes | 9: Helen Dowsley Flirt Bottom Eyelashes
Step 1: Apply an eyeshadow primer all over the eye area to intensify the eye colors, then take a flat brush and pat Furless Cosmetics’ Violate (bright yellow) eyeshadow pigment onto the inner lid.
Step 2: Next, take another flat eyeshadow brush and pat the Obnoxious (iridescent pink) pigment onto the center of the lid.
Step 3: Pat the Debauched (mint green) pigment onto the outer lid and create a wing on the outer corner, then use the tip of the flat brush to carefully trace the pigment inward, on top of the lid colors.
Step 4: Use a thin synthetic brush to trace a small amount of concealer underneath the wing to clean up the line for a sharp look.
Step 5: Dip a clean eyeliner brush into the Violate pigment and create a few dots on the outer corner of the eye.
Step 6: Use a cotton swab to smudge a white cream concealer onto the lower lash line, which will work as a base for the pigment that will go on top.
Step 7: With a pencil brush, pat the Wicked (neon green) eyeshadow pigment along the lower lash line.
Step 8: Next, pat the bright yellow pigment onto the inner corner of the eye.
Step 9: Tightline the upper water line with a black kohl eyeliner pencil.
Step 10: Then, draw a sharp winged eyeliner with a black liquid eyeliner (using a liquid eyeliner is best when working with loose pigments as it won’t move and separate the powders).
Step 11: Apply on a pair of volumious false eyelashes to complete the eye look.
Step 12: For an even more dramatic and artsy vibe, pat a white iridescent glitter onto the inner corner of the eye, then apply on some false bottom eyelashes for a unique touch.
Here is the completed makeup look:
I hope you enjoyed this pictorial and thank you for stopping by!
