I’ve seen and heard of No7 Cosmetics before, but have never tried out their products until recently when I got a package from the company with a ton of amazing goodies. I’m going to share with you the two bronzers and two blushes that I received in this post and the lipsticks in a separate post (read here).
I have two out of the three Match Made Bronzers ($12.99 for 10 g) in Golden Sand (light tan) and Caramel (warm medium brown). My initial reaction when I first saw both of these shades was that they would complement my fair skin tone nicely and I was right! I can alternate between these two matte bronzers since both colors are highly wearable. They apply and wear beautifully, and give an even and smooth application that’s easily blend-able and build-able. The finely milled powder feels weightless and silky smooth, and instantly warms up the complexion for a natural looking sun-kissed glow.
Golden Sand is on the lighter side and I would wear this on days when I’m opting for a more subtle, natural makeup look. It gives a soft focus finish and a subtle contouring effect, but can definitely be built up for more coverage, which is something that I love.
Caramel is the perfect shade for a bronzy glow! It imparts a warm glow to the skin that doesn’t look harsh or unnatural, and lasts all day.
I also received two of the powder blushes ($12.99 for 3 g) in Peach Velvet (warm peach) and Damson Mist (cool pink). I’m really in love with both of these shades and truly enjoy the formula of these blushes. Both colors are richly pigmented — a little goes a long way, so just a dab of the powder will give cheeks a beautiful, healthy flush of color. They’re non-streaky, lightweight, blend-able, and long wearing. I have no complaints about these beauties and will definitely be grabbing for them frequently this spring/summer season!
I’m wearing the Caramel bronzer and Peach Velvet blush in the photos below.
No7 Cosmetics is available online and in stores at Ulta, Target, and Walgreens (US).
If you’re interested in trying out No7 products, I highly recommend downloading their Match Made app on your phone — it’s a fun and revolutionary, skin tone analysis app that matches your complexion with the most flattering products and shades. You’ll need to pick up a matching card (at your local Ulta or Walgreens), then use it to take three photos through the app to discover your perfect shades. It’s very simple to use and takes only a few minutes. I tried it out yesterday and had so much fun discovering which products were suitable for my skin tone! I got matched with all four of these face powders and couldn’t be more in love them! Try it out and let me know what you think!
(I received these products complimentary of No7 Cosmetics. The opinions are 100% my own.)
